Credits & Membership
Credits are the internal usage units on Ineesight.
They are used to access various platform features such as generating and refining AI fashion designs.
Each design action consumes a certain number of credits depending on the operation.
Credits allow users to flexibly explore design ideas without committing to a fixed subscription plan.

Yes. Credits can be purchased independently without subscribing to a membership plan.

If you run out of credits, you will not be able to generate or refine new designs until additional credits are available.
You can simply purchase more credits or subscribe to a membership plan to continue using the platform.
Credits are generally non-refundable once they have been used.
However, in cases of verified system errors or technical issues that prevent a feature from functioning correctly, credits may be reviewed and adjusted accordingly.
If you encounter such a situation, please contact support with the relevant design ID (RID) so we can investigate.
You can become a member of Ineesight in two ways:
• Purchase a membership subscription, which provides recurring benefits such as periodic credit allocations and access to certain features depending on the plan.
• Purchase credits directly, which allows you to use platform features without subscribing to a membership plan.
Membership plans are designed for users who plan to use the platform regularly, while credit purchases are ideal for users who prefer flexible, pay-as-you-go access.
Generate & Refine
Generate is the process of creating an initial fashion design using AI based on the parameters you select.
The system combines design elements such as silhouette, structure, style preferences, and other inputs to produce a unique clothing concept image.
Each generation produces a new AI interpretation of the design idea.
Refine allows you to improve or adjust an existing generated design.
You can modify certain aspects of the design and let the AI produce a new version while keeping the core concept of the original image.
This helps you iterate on a design and explore different variations more efficiently.
Generate creates a new design concept from scratch based on your selected parameters.
Refine works on an existing design, allowing you to adjust or evolve the idea further.
In simple terms:

AI image generation involves a degree of randomness and interpretation.
When refining a design, the system attempts to follow the original concept while applying your new instructions. Because of this, the result may vary slightly in structure, details, or visual interpretation.
This variation is a normal part of AI-assisted design exploration.
AI-generated images are created through probabilistic models, which means the results may occasionally contain unexpected details or imperfections.
Most designs will still convey the intended concept, and you can use the Refine feature to further improve or adjust the result.
Yes. You can generate multiple images using the same parameters to explore different AI interpretations of the design concept.
This is often useful when experimenting with styles, silhouettes, or creative directions.
Custom Orders
Before production begins, our team will contact you via email to confirm important information such as garment size, measurements, and shipping address.
You will have the opportunity to review and confirm these details before the garment enters production.
If any changes are needed, you can inform us by replying to the email before production or shipment begins. This helps ensure the final garment and delivery details are correct.
After submitting a custom production request, you can track its status in your Account Center → “Your Custom Inquiries” section.
Each inquiry will receive a unique Inquiry ID.
Our team will review your submitted design and requirements. Once the evaluation is completed, a quotation will be updated in your Your Custom Inquiries panel.
You can then review the quotation and proceed by selecting “Confirm & Pay” if you decide to move forward with production.

Please make sure to include your Inquiry ID or Order Number in your message so our team can quickly locate your request.
Important:
Inquiry ID and Order Number are different.
• Inquiry ID refers to your production request in Your Custom Inquiries
• Order Number refers to a confirmed and paid order
Including the correct ID will help us assist you more efficiently.
Yes. Selected designs created on Ineesight may be submitted for custom clothing production through our partner manufacturing channels.
If a design is suitable for production, our team will evaluate the request and discuss the next steps with you.
The typical process is:
• Create or refine a design using the AI tools
• Submit the design for custom production inquiry
• Our team reviews the design and production feasibility
• Details such as materials, construction, and pricing are discussed
• If everything is confirmed, the garment can proceed to production
Not always.
Some AI-generated designs may contain elements that are difficult or impractical to manufacture in the real world. Each design must be evaluated for production feasibility.
If adjustments are required, the design may be refined further before production.
AI-generated images represent design concepts and visual inspiration.
While production aims to follow the core design idea as closely as possible, certain adjustments may be necessary due to material properties, construction techniques, or real-world garment structure.
Production cost depends on several factors, including:

After you submit a design for production, the team will provide more detailed information and discuss possible options with you.
Payments
Ineesight currently supports common online payment methods depending on your region and checkout options.
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Payment is only required after a quotation has been reviewed and confirmed.
Once our team evaluates your design and provides a quotation, you can choose “Confirm & Pay” in your Your Custom Inquiries panel to proceed with production.
After payment is confirmed, your order will move forward in the production process.
You can track your order status in your Account Center. Simply click the Order Number in the Orders list to view detailed information about your order.
Our team will contact you if any additional information is needed, such as size confirmation or delivery details. Production will begin once all necessary information is finalized.
Payments are generally non-refundable once production has started.
However, if a payment was made due to a verified system error or duplicate charge, please contact support so the situation can be reviewed.
Account & Security
You can create an Ineesight account when purchasing credits or subscribing to a membership plan.
After completing the purchase, your account will be automatically created and you will be redirected to your Account Center.
You will also receive an email that allows you to set your account password.
You can update your password from your Account Center.
Go to:
Account Center → Dashboard → Edit your password and account details
From there you can update your password and other account information.
If you forget your password, go to the login page and enter the email address you used to register your account.
Then click “Lost your password?”.
You will receive a password reset email with instructions to create a new password.
